Equality Law Reports

The UK’s only series of law reports to cover all areas of discrimination law.

Launching in October 2010, and coinciding with the commencement of the new employment provisions in the Equality Act 2010, Equality Law Reports (EqLR) will deliver, direct to your desktop, case reports on all areas of discrimination law. EqLR goes beyond just employment discrimination, and will report on non-employment discrimination cases, including access to goods, facilities and services, housing, education and the Public Sector Equality Duty. EqLR is available online, with the extra option of receiving it in print too.

Why subscribe?

Each month you will be emailed a PDF of the latest cases, bringing you:

  1. Important cases from the EAT and other UK and European courts, giving authoritative guidance on this fast-changing area of the law, including how the new Equality Act will be interpreted.
  2. More cases from each area of discrimination than any other product on the market, all in one place to make research so much easier.
  3. Authoritative commentary from Michael Rubenstein, General Editor, and headnotes edited by Katherine Tucker, employment judge, and Sarah George, barrister, St Phillips Chambers (General Editors of Sweet and Maxwell’s Discrimination in Employment).
  4. Summaries of key employment tribunal decisions with links to transcripts so you can see exactly how the new legislation is being applied.

You can access EqLR online at any time to search the growing collection of reported cases and commentary.
